About Jennifer
Rooted in Waxahachie. Ready to Serve.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Urban Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, a foundation that shaped how she thinks about cities, people, and the spaces we share.
Her career spans advertising media, marketing, homebuilding, and real estate development, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a thriving community. From navigating planning and permitting to fostering strong business partnerships and engaging with local stakeholders, she understands the process behind responsible growth and the people who make it possible. She brings a practical, business minded perspective grounded in real world experience, collaboration, and a commitment to helping Waxahachie grow thoughtfully while preserving the qualities that make it special. Her goal is to support a city where residents have a voice, businesses have opportunities to succeed, and growth is planned with the community's long-term future in mind.
Jennifer's commitment to Waxahachie extends beyond her professional career. With a servant's heart, she dedicates her time and energy to supporting animals, senior citizens, and underserved members of the community. She believes a city's true character is reflected not only in its growth and progress, but also in how it cares for those who need a helping hand and she has put that belief into practice by serving on committees and boards supporting animal non-profits, Meals on Wheels, Waxahachie ISD and Midway Regional Airport, a joint venture between the cities of Waxahachie and Midlothian. These experiences have given her firsthand insight into local government, public collaboration, and the importance of thoughtful decision making. She understands that effective leadership means listening, building relationships, and working together to turn ideas into action. Jennifer is committed to bringing that same spirit of service, collaboration, and accountability to the future of Waxahachie.

Why Jennifer Is Running
Waxahachie is at a crossroads. Growth is coming whether we plan for it or not and Jennifer believes the difference between a city that thrives and one that struggles is the quality of the people making decisions at the council table.
She's running because she loves this city, knows how it works, and has the skills, experience, and relationships to make it better. Not someday. Now.
